Color and Graphical LCD Display

The AD340GWN is easy to operate thanks to its clear, 1.77-inch color LCD display and control panel buttons. Select the destination and press the Scan button to scan and send the scanned image to the specified destination application such as email, printer, or your favorite imaging software. Up to nine frequently used scan settings and destinations can be preset for different scanning needs.

Friction roller increases feed reliability

The AD340GWN is equipped with an innovative friction roller that provides improved paper separation, increasing feed reliability and productivity by effectively reducing the risk of multiple feeds or paper jams.

Ultrasonic multi-feed detection

With ultrasonic multi-feed detection, the scanner allows you to load overlapping paper by detecting the thickness of paper between documents. The ultrasonic feature can be turned off when scanning documents with labels, sticky notes, or affixed receipts. This innovative design prevents double feeding and effectively scans documents of varying weights or thicknesses.

High daily scanning volume

The scanner can scan up to 8,000 pages per day via the 50-page automatic document feeder. The data shows that this scanner is suitable for all applications that require frequent scanning of documents and hard cards.

Button Manager lets you create searchable PDFs, scan and send images to email, printers or cloud servers such as Google DriveTM, Dropbox or Evernote® at the touch of a button. AVScan and PaperPort are highly effective imaging and document management software that helps you perform your tasks more efficiently.
